Group Courses

Group courses are held at my home in South Yorkshire. There are limited spaces as I do like to keep these sessions personal.
The sessions will take part over 2 days (usually weekends) and will each be around 4 hours long with plenty of refreshment and toilet breaks!
All of our sessions are fun and interactive… I promise there will be no lecturing!
The course holds a place for you and your chosen birth partner and includes free work books, MP3 audio tracks and goodie bags full of indulgent and useful items for you and your beautiful bump.
A deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking with the rest payable at your first session.
1-1 courses
£350.00
1-1 courses can be held in person at your home or online - whichever you would prefer!

This course is perfect for anyone who has found Hypnobirthing later on in their pregnancy.

Refresher courses are designed for anyone who has had a previous birth using hypnobirthing - even if the course wasn’t with me!
